Premium landed villas · Summarecon Bandung · Indonesia
The show unit was already beautiful. It just could not travel.
Xandari Residence is Summarecon Bandung's premium landed cluster: three-storey villas with a private lift and a private pool, facing the mountains. The developer had invested in a show unit that sells the finish quality the moment you stand in it. The warm timber, the double-height light, the weight of the materials. None of that survives a photo album, and a buyer in Jakarta cannot drop by on a Tuesday.
We scanned the real room and rebuilt it as something you can walk.
Instead of modeling a replica, we captured the physical show unit itself: hundreds of photographs resolved into a dense 3D reconstruction that keeps the real light, the real textures, the real imperfections that make a room believable. The result runs in the browser. A guided tour walks buyers through the highlights first, then hands them the camera to explore freely, with annotations on the details that matter.
The captured unit, live in your browser.
Press play. The room assembles, the tour begins, and when it lets go you can move anywhere. Heavier than a photo, obviously. Truer than one, too.
The show unit stopped being an address.
A captured unit works the hours the physical one cannot. It reaches the out-of-town buyer before they commit to the drive, and it preserves the unit exactly as it was styled, long after the furniture moves on. For a project selling craftsmanship, that fidelity is the argument: what you see is not our impression of the room. It is the room.
