The brief
The unit a buyer wants to see is thirty floors up and not built yet.
South Quarter is Intiland's mixed-use superblock on TB Simatupang, and its residence sells a very particular promise: the city softening into light, space and quiet. A physical show unit can carry that promise only for the people who travel to it, and only for the layouts it was built as. Everyone else gets a floor plan and a leap of faith.
The show unit
Stand in the unit. Look where you want. Then claim the view.
We rendered the unit as a web VR walkthrough that runs in the browser. The buyer moves room to room at their own pace, turns to whatever caught their eye, checks the floor plan in the corner, and steps onto the balcony to see the actual skyline. It opens from a link in a chat, which means an agent can put a buyer inside the unit while they are still on the phone.

What it changed
Every phone in Jakarta became a show unit.
A rendered show unit does two things a physical one cannot. It exists before construction does, so selling starts earlier. And it travels, so the buyer who cannot make the trip this weekend still walks the rooms tonight. The physical gallery keeps its role for the handshake. The link does the convincing that used to wait for an appointment.
